SALES ENGINEER

Job Description:
» This position reports to a Sales Manager and interfaces with Product specialists to gain understanding and knowledge of the company’s product portfolio. You will have to learn basic IT knowledge, solution selling in specialised verticals such as Electronics, Transport, Logistics, Aerospace, Hospitality industries.

Individual is involved in:

» 1. Active canvasing to bring in new potential customers.
» 2. End-to-end sales activities to identify, prospect and generate new commercial clients (maintain healthy pipeline and close sales).
» 3. Building solid sustainable relationships with client base.
» 4. Sharing the vision and goals of the company with high levels of innovation and competency.

Skills/Requirements:
» 1. Resourceful and fast learner with good interpersonal skills. Motivated to work independently and able to provide sales.
» 2. Develop a good understanding of Software and Technical capabilities.
» 3. Focus on increasing customer interactions with potential key accounts and maintain active sales relationships with existing client accounts.
» 4. Ability to narrow into customer requirements, convince prospective customers on relevant solutions that meets their needs for assigned portfolio, support quotes generation and see through sales closure.
» 5. Coordinate sales effort with other supporting functions in the company.
» 6. Equipped with Excel and PowerPoint skills.
