Who is Neo? |

Introduce you to our newly employed Service Engineer, Neo.
Neo is born in Autopack and a Citizen of Autopack! He handles servicing and support, repairs, preventive maintenance, etc. Neo works more than 10 hours a day and still energetic throughout the day. He will be always smiling and bring its best services to the customer. NEO wears a grey uniform, and black pants with a test pen on his hand, always getting ready for any servicing and repairing work for customers. The grey color uniform, represents Autopack technical team and its reliability to serve every customer with its profession. With the black pants, Neo is not afraid of getting dirty and willing to serve and give his all to the customer. |

We provide onsite support maintenance for various brand of printers, Honeywell, Zebra, Intermec, CAB as well as TSC. We are currently the HPSP for Honeywell and Intermec products in Singapore and also ZASE (Zebra Authorized Service Engineer) and PRS (Printer Repair Specialist). |
